COVID-19 SHIPPING ALERT: Staying in line with the current situation in various parts of the country, there might be a delay in delivering your orders as most of our courier partners have halted operations while others are short staffed. We are constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible. We request you to please bear with us in this challenging situation.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days upon the delivery of the product. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer the customer (Referred as “you”, “your” in further context) a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Reason For Refunds/Exchange:

Product Quality Issue:

  • Misprinting
  • Damaged Items Sent
  • Defective Items Sent
  • Items Lost in Shipment
  • Broken Products Received

In these cases, it must be communicated to us within 7 days upon the delivery of the product. We would request you to send an email at trueinkapparels@gmail.com. Please include pictures of the defected product/s along with the original packaging in which the product was received by you, showing the shipping label and your details on it clearly for verification

Rejection By Customer:

In cases, if the product delivered to you is in perfect condition but you still does not want to keep the product, Trueink Apparels would not refund/exchange for such orders
